It's the perfect fall pick-me-up.

There are almost infinite ways to take your daily coffee. You can make it hot or iced, use a drip machine, pull an espresso, drink it black, or add cream and sweeteners. And now, you can even get it in ice cream form with Baskin-Robbins’ September flavor of the month: Coffee Shop Cold Brew Ice Cream.

The beloved ice cream shop is releasing this creamy concoction just in time for National Coffee Ice Cream Day on September 6.

The new ice cream isn’t only steeped with coffee flavor, it’s made with actual cold brew concentrate. The brand describes Coffee Shop Cold Brew as a “rich cold brew ice cream, made with real cold brew concentrate, topped with ultra fluffy cold foam flavored ice cream and swirls of cinnamon sweet cream.” This sounds like exactly the right treat to take us from summer to fall.

It will be available starting September 1 through the end of the month replacing August’s flavor of the month, Game Night. And while it’s set to be a limited release, fan favorites have come back before, such as June’s featured flavor, Cookie Monster. Seeing as it’s the perfect pick-me-up to replace a late-in-the-day coffee, we’ve already got high hopes that it’s as satisfying as it seems and isn’t limited to just the next few weeks.

To get your Coffee Shop Cold Brew scoop, you can head to a store or get it delivered. If you’re in need of ice cream arriving straight to your door, you can order through DoorDash, Grubhub, or Uber Eats as well. Simply type in your delivery address, and choose the Baskin-Robbins closest to you.

If you need the caffeine boost of an actual coffee in addition to your sweet scoop, Baskin-Robbins is your one-stop shop. The brand also has an Iced Cold Brew Coffee available at select locations. It’s a medium roast Colombian coffee with “sweet and bright flavor notes of milk chocolate.”
